Application forms and fees

Please see Fee Structure under PROSPECTUS, Page 2. in the documents below: 

 
If you would like to apply for residence for your daughter, please print an Application form and Medical Certificate below and return it with the following:
  • A Medical Certificate from your family doctor;
  • A Registration Fee of R50,00;
  • A Testimonial from her school Principal;
  • A personal reference from a family friend;
  • A copy of her student's I.D. Document.

A non-refundable deposit is to be paid on confirmation of acceptance. This deposit will be deducted from the fees for the Second Semester.
The refundable Room Deposit will be sent to parents after all the rooms have been checked at the end of the year.
 
The account will be rendered as follows: Three-fifths of the yearly amount to be paid in advance of the start of the First Semester. Failure to pay the fee will result in the student not taking up residence. Two-fifths of the yearly amount to be paid in advance of the Second Semester.
Non-SA residents are required to settle the full year's fees in advance. SA Citizens domiciled outside South Africa are required to pay the full fee in advance.
A student, in her second year, unable to complete her course due to unforeseen financial difficulties, may apply for consideration by the Management Committee for assistance from the Agnes Merriman Fund. This fund provides interest-free loans to be re-paid by arrangement.
